SEA FESTIVAL 2026 OPENING CEREMONY. To the sounds of the Sea Festival anthem and as the maritime Sea Festival flag rises into the sky, we will announce the start of the festival, now in its 92nd year. The Mayor of Klaipėda, Arvydas Vaitkus, will welcome the evening guests, the maritime community, and parade participants.
